- Microsoft SQL Mobile
- Printer Drivers:
    - PP55 Printer Utility
    - DP350 Drivers
- Mobile Technician

If you're on a Sprint HTC 6800, and you are having issues with the flyout keyboard, please install the following:
Note: You do not have to install these 2 applications if you've already fixed the keyboard on this phone.
Re-installation of these may cause issues with the phone.
- Keyboard Certificate
- Keyboard Fix

If you're on a Sprint HTC 6800, and you are having issues internal GPS, install the following:
- Internal GPS Fix

If you're on a Verizon 6800, please also install the following:
- Verizon Flyout Keyboard Fix
